Salary: $180,000 - $205,000

What you will do

• Own the full design lifecycle from discovery and user research through to high-fidelity prototyping and development handoff.
• Translate ambiguous and complex healthcare problems into clear, actionable, and scalable design projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to build robust patterns, components, and workflows for developer tools and platform features.
• Conduct user interviews and analyze feedback to ensure product designs align with business objectives.
• Manage design constraints, scope, and deadlines while maintaining high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design roles, specifically within B2B or enterprise SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to design AI-driven experiences or a strong understanding of AI interaction models.
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex, well-polished design work in B2B contexts.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design trade-offs and high-level abstractions.
• Must be comfortable working from our Chelsea office 4 days a week.

• Experience designing developer-focused tools or platforms.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools.
