Salary: $153,000-$207,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for engagement and reward-driven experiences, from discovery through execution.
• Design and evolve gamified systems that drive sustained user engagement.
• Translate behavioral science and user motivations into intuitive, compelling product experiences.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, shape product strategy, and define success metrics tied to business impact.
• Craft thoughtful micro-interactions and moments of delight that reinforce positive behaviors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual craft and user-centered impact.
• Deep experience designing consumer-facing mobile products at scale.
• Proven experience working on engagement loops, gamification, or reward systems.
• Strong ability to think holistically about systems and ecosystems, not just individual features.
• Expertise in Figma and modern design tools, with strong knowledge of design systems and component-based design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across disciplines.
