What you will do
- Build and lead the North America sales team, including recruiting, onboarding, and performance coaching.
- Own the full regional revenue target, from pipeline generation to contract execution.
- Partner with the CEO and GTM leadership to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), messaging, and go-to-market playbook.
- Develop and manage a network of strategic accounts and channel partnerships across key verticals.
- Forecast accurately and maintain clean pipeline hygiene in CRM.
- Represent at industry events and in executive customer conversations.
Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2 years managing quota-carrying reps or a regional team.
- Experience selling into enterprise accounts with complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI, automation, or workflow software.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding regional revenue targets in a fast-growth environment.
- A builder mentality with experience at a startup or scaled-up organization.
- Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills.
