hirify.global provides the infrastructure for enterprises to build and orchestrate AI workforces, enabling autonomous decision-making and operations across various enterprise systems.

What you will do

  • Build and lead the North America sales team, including recruiting, onboarding, and performance coaching.
  • Own the full regional revenue target, from pipeline generation to contract execution.
  • Partner with the CEO and GTM leadership to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), messaging, and go-to-market playbook.
  • Develop and manage a network of strategic accounts and channel partnerships across key verticals.
  • Forecast accurately and maintain clean pipeline hygiene in CRM.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events and in executive customer conversations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2 years managing quota-carrying reps or a regional team.
  • Experience selling into enterprise accounts with complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI, automation, or workflow software.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding regional revenue targets in a fast-growth environment.
  • A builder mentality with experience at a startup or scaled-up organization.
  • Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills.
