Location: Hybrid in San Francisco
Salary: $95,000 – $120,000

What you will do
- Recruit and manage health and rare disease content creators to publish UGC content that drives awareness.
- Activate a network of patient advocates and community champions to drive referrals to genetic testing.
- Develop the infrastructure, incentives, and outreach to transform the patient community into a referral engine.
- Build strategic partnerships with patient advocacy groups and foundations.
- Own and manage the organic social presence to educate patients and build trust in the rare disease space.
- Capture and publish authentic patient diagnostic stories across the website, social channels, and partner networks.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in community marketing, influencer partnerships, affiliate marketing, or social media.
- Strong relationship-building skills to earn trust with creators and rare disease patients.
- Proven storytelling ability and instinct for high-performing social content.
- High level of organization to manage multiple relationships and workstreams simultaneously.
- Ability to move fast and take action in an ambiguous, early-stage startup environment.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco.
Nice to have
- Experience in the healthcare, genetics, or rare disease industry.
- Previous experience working at an early-stage startup.
