Senior Content Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; hybrid work with a flexible work-from-anywhere policy for up to four weeks per year.

Salary: $95,000–$150,000 annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Identify, recruit, and manage health and rare-disease content creators, including briefing and publishing user-generated content.
• Recruit and activate patient advocates and community champions who refer people to genetic testing.
• Build referral-program infrastructure, incentives, and outreach for the existing patient community.
• Develop partnerships with patient advocacy groups and foundations.
• Own organic social media content that educates patients and builds trust in rare-disease communities.
• Capture and publish authentic patient stories across the website, social channels, and partner networks.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in content marketing, influencer partnerships, affiliate marketing, or social media.
• Strong relationship-building, follow-through, storytelling, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple relationships and workstreams in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Empathy for patients navigating rare diseases and a strong patient-focused mindset.
• AI fluency and judgment about when human involvement is needed.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup connected to the San Francisco office.
