Growth Marketing Associate (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; travel between work sites or community locations may be required.

Salary: $78,000–$96,000 annual base salary, plus a target annual bonus of 10% and potential additional incentive compensation.

hirify.global provides integrated medical and daily-living support for older adults through the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).

What you will do

• Support new center launches by adapting approved marketing materials.
• Develop content calendars and execute campaigns across direct mail, email, social media, community events, and other channels.
• Track and analyze KPIs, report marketing impact, and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
• Create communications materials for outreach and enrollment teams, community organizations, providers, and other audiences.
• Coordinate event promotion, onsite logistics, follow-up communications, and recaps with center and central teams.
• Coordinate vendors and maintain creative assets, templates, project trackers, inventory, invoices, collateral, and regulated marketing submissions.

Requirements

• Two to four years of experience in marketing, communications, content, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Strong writing, proofreading, organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, web or CMS tools, and basic campaign reporting.
• Comfort learning new technology, including approved AI-enabled tools for research, drafting, organization, and production.
• Authorization to work in the United States is verified through E-Verify.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, PACE, Medicare, Medi-Cal, or senior care services.
• Experience with translation workflows, print production, compliance review, or marketing automation.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or comparable design tools.
• Bilingual communication skills.
