TL;DR

Demand Generation Specialist (Marketing): Developing and driving demand generation programs to support customer expansion and new customer acquisition efforts with an accent on building, managing, and reporting on multi-channel programs. Location: Toronto, ON, CA

Salary: $62,400 to $78,000 annually + 8% as target incentives.

What you will do

  • Build and enhance email marketing programs that drive customer expansion, retention, and product adoption.
  • Design, manage, and optimize multi-channel account-based marketing campaigns supporting acquisition and expansion.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance against baseline performance metrics, delivering insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Manage vendors, contractors, timelines, and deliverables for seamless execution.
  • Maintain adherence to Asana based campaign intake and execution frameworks.
  • Maintain standardized integration and reporting across Marketing Automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and CRM (SFDC).

Requirements

  • Experience managing marketing programs for multiple stakeholders and collaborating effectively across cross functional teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred), including email automation, journey building, and reporting.
  • Demonstrate success in running account-based marketing programs via paid advertising and email marketing
  • Ability to identify customer and intent signals and translate them into actionable, data‑driven marketing activities.
  • Strong understanding of paid media and email marketing metrics and how to apply them to optimize performance.
  • 3 years of digital marketing or demand generation experience, ideally in a B2B environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with product or behavioral analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude) and experimentation frameworks preferred
  • Experience in analytics tools (Google Analytics, PBI, etc.) and a track record of making data-informed decisions
