Location: Remote - Canada

Salary: $70,000 — $80,000 CAD

What you will do

• Support the development of campaigns that support account-based marketing and selling efforts to drive pipeline and brand awareness.
• Coordinate and manage project expectations and execution.
• Manage the budget allocated for vertical programs and campaigns, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
• Provide sales teams with the necessary tools and resources to effectively support success of campaigns and programs.
• Monitor and optimize tactical performance at every stage of the journey to ensure content/messaging is resonating.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is typically required.
• 5-7 years of previous experience in demand generation marketing or a related marketing role is highly desirable.
• A strong foundation in marketing principles, project management, and branding are essential for success in this role.
• Having a good understanding of the hirify.global products, corporate learning, and education markets is a strong asset.
• Demonstrated project management experience in successfully managing marketing projects and campaigns from planning to execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are important for crafting persuasive product content, creating presentations, and engaging with various stakeholders.
