What you will do

• Manage performance marketing budgets across multiple channels to maximize game growth and profitability.
• Strategize, execute, and optimize mobile campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Locate, negotiate, and develop creative solutions for user acquisition.
• Design and execute A/B & multivariate testing and present results to related teams.
• Contribute winning ad creative ideas and run creative testing.
• Work cross-functionally with product, ads, data, and creative teams to grow the portfolio and business.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in media buying / user acquisition / performance marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate with cross functional teams.
• Strong proficiency with Excel required.
