What you will do

  • Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by closing six- and seven-figure deals.
  • Architect a territory plan to secure new logo opportunities and strategically grow existing accounts.
  • Lead and negotiate complex, long sales cycle transactions, managing all critical customer stakeholders.
  • Develop executive-level relationships to align hirify.global's technology with core business goals.
  • Apply structured sales methodologies, defining "champion" and "economic buyer" for every deal.
  • Act as the strategic "quarterback" for the account team, leveraging Solutions Architects, SDRs, and Executive Leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of quota-carrying experience in Enterprise Software Sales (SaaS/Infrastructure), with 5+ years in Data, Cloud, or Complex Infrastructure, selling to Developers and CTOs.
  • Proven history of closing significant six- and seven-figure deals.
  • Demonstrated track record as a "Land & Expand" expert, growing new logos into multi-million dollar partnerships.
  • Extensive experience navigating long sales cycles involving complex, multi-stakeholder approval processes.
  • Deep proficiency in a structured sales methodology (MEDDPICC preferred).
  • Data literate with a strong understanding of the distinction between Relational (SQL) and NoSQL.
  • Familiarity with the modern data stack, including AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and Spark.
  • Ability to "speak developer" to understand and articulate solutions for scaling modern applications.
  • Understanding the intersection of databases and AI, with specific familiarity with concepts like Vector Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% to engage with prospects, customers, and partners.
