What you will do

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing partners in South Korea, focusing on operational excellence and strategic growth.
  • Craft and execute partner business strategies to scale hirify.global solutions through the South Korea partner network.
  • Work with partners to develop detailed business plans, including operational processes, sales targets, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Streamline onboarding, training, and enablement for partners, fostering a high-performance partner ecosystem.
  • Track and manage partner performance metrics, driving continuous improvement in sales and operational efficiency.
  • Organize and conduct regular operational reviews with partners to assess performance and align on future objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience in partner management, operations, or business development within the SaaS or cloud-based solutions sector.
  • Proven experience communicating, negotiating, and closing with executives and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead a complex sales cycle and track record of successful revenue attainment.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience (Cloud or SaaS-based software sales preferred).
  • BS or BA degree or equivalent work-related experience.
  • Ability to speak and present in Korean is mandatory with working proficiency in communicating in English.
  • To be eligible to apply for this role you must be legally permitted to work in Korea.
