TL;DR

Outbound Sales Development Representative: Responsible for building a strong pipeline for the Account Executive by booking meetings with key executives at target accounts with an accent on email, social selling, and cold calling. Focus on achieving monthly goals with support and enablement to reach highest potential.

Location: Must be willing to work hybrid and commute to our Denver or Palo Alto office 2 days per week.

Salary: $80,000 (base salary and variable) plus benefits, perks, and equity for California applicants.

What you will do

  • Build a strong pipeline for your Account Executive by booking meetings with key executives at target accounts.
  • Book meetings via email, social selling, and cold calling.
  • Have a direct and measurable impact on company revenue.
  • Collaborate with the team and share successful strategies.

Requirements

  • Some work experience is ideal, particularly in similar roles such as: recruiting, outside sales, and business analyst or other relevant business experience.
  • If no previous work experience, then preference given to those with experience in sales internship, or a sales certificate through University.
  • Knowledge of business applications, especially Google Apps, Outreach, Zoominfo, Slack and Salesforce.
  • Must be willing to work hybrid and commute to our Denver or Palo Alto office 2 days per week.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
