Location: Hybrid, Paris, France. Must be based in (or willing to relocate to) the Paris area.

What you will do
- Empower team members to execute sophisticated, multi-touch prospecting and nurturing activities.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing Business Development Representatives with an enterprise mindset.
- Define goals and strategy of the Executive Programme with the Executive Programme Owner.
- Partner closely with Customer Marketing to align on ABM campaigns, nurture tracks, and content strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales Ops to maximize crew efficiency (tooling, sequencing, account prioritization, business monitoring).
- Work directly with Business Segment Lead and Enterprise Sales Crew leads to articulate the enterprise go-to-market approach and create synergies.
Requirements
- Strong background in B2B Sales, with enterprise segments favored.
- Hands-on experience as a Business Development Representative or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of experience in Sales team leadership and coaching.
- Strong background in Sales within demanding environments.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments and managing uncertainty.
- Full working proficiency in French (C2 and above), and advanced level in English.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Desire to learn fast and make an impact from day 1.
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) the Paris area.
