Thought Leadership Marketing Director (Fintech): Drives hirify.global's consumer thought leadership agenda, supporting Workplace participant engagement and Personal Wealth client acquisition with an accent on behavioral and attitudinal insights. Focus on developing thought leadership campaigns with investment and advisory experts, ensuring consistency and differentiation across channels.

Location: Remote - Nationwide

Salary: $125,400.00 - $181,875.00

What you will do

• Define and own hirify.global’s multi-year consumer thought leadership strategy.
• Establish enterprise standards for developing and publishing consumer insights.
• Partner with data science and market research leaders to originate custom research around consumer behaviors and attitudes around money.
• Author and oversee flagship research that becomes recognized reference points for clients, media, and industry stakeholders.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive thought leadership program calendar aligned with Personal Wealth client priorities and hirify.global’s strategic objectives.
• Enable client-facing teams with enterprise-wide narratives and guidance that shape participant and client engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 12+ years’ experience in brand marketing, product marketing, consumer research, strategy, or related fields.
• Demonstrated record of producing original, authoritative thought leadership with measurable market or industry impact.
• Deep expertise in consumer behavior, workplace participant engagement, wealth management client needs / issues.
• Exceptional analytical, writing, and executive communication skills.
