Senior Strategist (Branding/Marketing): Driving strategic brand development and business problem-solving for global clients with an accent on research, data analysis, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Focus on crafting high-impact strategic deliverables, mentoring junior talent, and integrating AI to maximize efficiency and innovation.

Location: Must be based in Chicago (Hybrid: ~4 days/week in-office)

Salary: $65,000–$115,000

What you will do

• Lead research design, execution, and analysis in partnership with multidisciplinary internal teams.
• Develop client strategic deliverables by creating hypotheses and conducting in-depth analyses.
• Collaborate with creative, client, and performance leads to articulate narratives and gain client buy-in.
• Lead the writing and development of high-quality integrated client presentations.
• Drive development of POVs for new business pitches and outbound opportunities.
• Provide mentoring, on-the-job training, and performance management for direct reports.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chicago or able to work from the studio regularly.
• Strong experience in designing, conducting, and analyzing both primary and secondary research.
• Ability to influence internal stakeholders and foster cohesion across disciplines.
• Deep commitment to understanding branding, market trends, and innovation.
• Experience mentoring or managing junior-level talent.
