What you will do
- Analyze and synthesize disparate data sources to generate actionable business and brand insights.
- Design and execute robust approaches to data integration, including large-scale market research and 5-year financial models.
- Take day-to-day responsibility for managing client projects and maintaining deep industry expertise.
- Identify, recruit, and manage a network of specialized brand performance suppliers and vendors.
- Train and mentor junior team members to build analytical capabilities and standardized brand measurement workflows.
- Partner with Executive Directors to deliver high-impact analytics and monetization tools for diverse client challenges.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in the New York studio 4 days per week.
- Proven track record in data gathering, financial modeling, and managing complex market research methods.
- Extensive experience working with applied statistical and financial modeling methodologies.
- Strong background in market research tools including journey mapping, customer segmentation, and brand equity measurement.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic recommendations for client business growth.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and execution skills in a professional services environment.
