About the Role
You will define product marketing strategy and positioning for new consumer finance experiences, translate complex technical and financial concepts into clear consumer-friendly messages, and drive measurable adoption, engagement, retention, and monetization. You will partner closely with Product, Growth, Analytics, and Engineering to shape launch strategy and influence cross-functional decisions. You will establish product marketing frameworks and systems, coach and develop team members, and balance hands-on execution with building scalable processes. You will also ensure product messaging resonates across diverse global markets and monitor market and fintech trends to inform GTM strategy.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in product marketing consumer marketing or related roles
Proven experience leading product marketing for consumer-facing financial or transactional products
Ability to define strategy independently and execute hands-on
Strong cross-functional credibility with Product Growth and Engineering
Experience operating in ambiguity and building GTM strategies in undefined categories
Experience at a fintech neobank or consumer platform with embedded financial features (strongly preferred)
Exposure to international or emerging markets (strongly preferred)
Experience repositioning a product into a broader platform or ecosystem (strongly preferred)
Background in customer insight user research or data-informed marketing strategy (strongly preferred)
No prior crypto or web3 experience required
Responsibilities
Define product marketing strategy and positioning
Translate complex technical and financial concepts into consumer-friendly messaging
Drive user acquisition growth engagement retention and monetization
Design go-to-market strategies across the product lifecycle
Partner with Product Growth Analytics and Engineering to shape launch strategy
Advocate for user needs and clarity throughout product development
Influence cross-functional decision-making without formal authority
Establish product marketing frameworks systems and operating rhythms
Coach and develop product marketing team members
Ensure messaging resonates across global and emerging markets
Monitor fintech crypto and consumer technology trends to inform strategy
