What you will do

  • Proactively engage with current customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop tailored strategies for each account, including regular check-ins and business reviews.
  • Monitor customer usage, proactively addressing adoption challenges.
  • Take ownership of sales targets, consistently exceeding quotas while delivering exceptional value to clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure smooth implementation of new solutions.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • A strong passion for sales and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage leads, opportunities, and accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create accurate sales forecasts.
