Salary: $84,000–$165,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market customers as their primary commercial point of contact.
  • Lead executive-level conversations with VP- and C-level marketing leaders to demonstrate platform value and secure renewals.
  • Manage the full account lifecycle including renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities through multi-threading.
  • Translate performance data into compelling narratives that clearly show ROI and business impact.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to drive adoption, performance, and long-term customer health.
  • Forecast, manage, and close against monthly retention and expansion quotas.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of closing experience in a quota-carrying SaaS Account Management or New Business role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, including MRR, renewals, or expansion.
  • Comfort leading strategic conversations with senior executives and influencing stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills to translate data into business value.
  • Experience managing an end-to-end sales cycle using a CRM such as Salesforce.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
