TL;DR
Senior Inside SDR (Sales): Driving growth for Perk Events by deepening relationships with existing clients and converting them into repeat-event buyers with an accent on understanding the events landscape and building trusted relationships. Focus on identifying untapped event potential, navigating complex organizations, and working collaboratively with account managers.
Location: Must be based within commuting distance of Perk hubs.

What you will do
- Conduct discovery conversations with existing Perk account contacts to uncover current events spend and unmet needs.
- Map stakeholder landscapes within accounts, identifying MICE and events budget owners and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain an opportunity pipeline sourced from existing Perk accounts, tracked in Salesforce.
- Articulate Perk Events value proposition and MICE capability to account stakeholders at all levels.
- Qualify and brief events leads internally, ensuring a smooth handover to the Perk Events conversion team.
- Act as the bridge between existing commercial account relationships and the events/MICE proposition.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in a business development, account growth, or sales role within the events SaaS space, corporate travel management company (TMC), events agency, or hospitality group.
- Proven track record of growing revenue within an existing account base through outbound prospecting initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, able to build rapport quickly and influence without authority.
- Excellent communication and video skills; fluent in English, written and spoken, to a professional business standard.
- Experience working in European and/or North American markets.
- Must have the legal right to work in the applicable location.
Nice to have
- Other languages desired: German, French.
- Understanding of the MICE landscape, including incentive travel, corporate conferencing, venue sourcing, and event logistics.
- Understanding of procurement cycles and how large organizations plan and budget for events.
