Business Analyst Intern (Fintech)

TL;DR

Business Analyst Intern (Fintech): Assisting in designing and building AI-ready data capabilities and improving AI agents for hirify.global eVestment clients with an accent on automation and AI-powered solutions. Focus on identifying workflow bottlenecks and proposing improvements.

Location: This position will be located in Atlanta and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

What you will do

• Help design and build AI-ready data capabilities with the Revenue and Research teams.
• Assist in developing and improving hirify.global eVestment’s AI agents that perform critical tasks for clients.
• Collaborate across Revenue, Marketing, and Operations to identify workflow bottlenecks and propose improvements.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders on pipeline building initiatives, campaigns, and events.
• Collaborate with teammates across different functions and regions, including Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Technology.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in AI, capital markets, and modern financial technology.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid communication and organizational skills, with a willingness to ask questions and solve problems.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, MCP, etc.)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, or Databricks)
• Experience or interest in SQL, Python, R, PowerBI, Snowflake, Databricks or similar toolsets
