What you will do
- Document business requirements and lead the design of cross-departmental data workflows.
- Extract and transform usage-based sales data from tools like Hubspot and Workday into standardized BI models.
- Create self-service reports and dashboards in Power BI to support financial and operational decision-making.
- Identify and drive improvements in contracting, forecasting, and deal execution processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert on data orchestration across various enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to evaluate and enhance business application efficiency.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the USA.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Business Operations within a B2B software organization.
- Demonstrated experience using SQL, Python, and ETL processes to manage complex data workflows.
- Proficiency in BI tools for data modeling and dashboard creation.
- Strong working knowledge of software-specific revenue accounting principles (ASC 606).
- Experience with data integration across Hubspot, Workday, and other external sources.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with B2B software licensing models (tiered pricing, volume discounts).
- Experience with Business Objects.
- Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
