What you will do

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize new user acquisition campaigns to maximize profit.
• Design A/B tests and find innovative ways to engage audiences.
• Use high judgment to solve problems and drive impact in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive alignment with key stakeholders on user acquisition performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in programming, preferably in SQL, R or Python is a plus.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the mobile gaming industry landscape.
• Previous experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, banking, or consulting roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other methodologies for evaluating creative performance.
