Location: Hybrid, Nottingham or London-based role (40% working in the office)

What you will do

• Lead analytics projects that support strategic Product and Marketing plans.
• Develop customer insights that inform targeting, positioning, and growth strategies.
• Build and deploy segmentation models and predictive models to better understand customer behaviour.
• Translate complex analysis into clear, engaging narratives that inspire action.
• Manage partners across Product and Marketing, aligning analytical outputs to business priorities.
• Contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing, mentoring and promoting best practice in analytics.

Requirements

• SQL & Python experience focused on querying large datasets.
• Background in translating data into commercially focused insights.
• Strong stakeholder management skills – comfortable influencing at multiple levels.
• Experience in a technical, analytics focused role.
• Experience delivering value through personalisation such as predictive analysis and segmentation.

Nice to have

• Data build tool (DBT) desirable.
• Experience building dashboards in visualisation tools such as Tableau desirable.
