TL;DR
Junior Data Analyst (Data & AI): Supporting the delivery of reliable insights across the Consumer unit with an accent on data preparation, dashboard development, and data quality assurance. Focus on building automated analytics, cleaning datasets, and collaborating with cross-functional squads to drive commercial decision-making.
Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom (London, Birmingham, Manchester, or Bristol).

What you will do
- Extract, clean, transform, and validate data using SQL and GCP/BigQuery platforms.
- Conduct regular data quality checks and maintain documentation for accuracy.
- Build and maintain QlikSense dashboards for operational and commercial stakeholders.
- Support senior analysts with deep-dive exploratory analysis on sales, churn, and campaign effectiveness.
- Contribute to the automation of manual reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- Work within an agile, cross-functional squad to translate stakeholder needs into analytical tasks.
Requirements
- Basic SQL skills including SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, and filtering.
- Strong experience using Excel for data manipulation.
- Understanding of data structures, ETL concepts, and analytical logic.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to explain findings to non-technical teams.
- Curiosity, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
- Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
Nice to have
- Experience with BigQuery, GCP, or other cloud data platforms.
- Familiarity with QlikSense report building.
- Exposure to Python for data automation.
- Understanding of data governance and version control tools like Git.
