Location: Must be based in London or able to commute to the London office 2-3 days per week

What you will do

• Collaborate with operations stakeholders to solve business problems through data-driven analytical solutions.
• Write SQL to explore data, build structured datasets, and deliver repeatable analysis.
• Develop and maintain dashboards in tools like Tableau or similar platforms.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and recurring MI.
• Define, document, and monitor metrics across operational and risk domains.
• Improve overall data quality, reporting standards, and data pipeline reliability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a BI Analytics role.
• Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large datasets.
• Experience with dbt or data modeling and building robust data transformations.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Experience developing and maintaining data pipelines.
• Must be able to work from the London office 2-3 days per week.
