What you will do

• Own and track key rail fraud metrics to support revenue protection goals.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including Train Operating Companies, to drive revenue protection initiatives.
• Deliver comprehensive reporting and insights on fraud trends for leadership.
• Automate dashboards and analytical tools to streamline internal processes.
• Identify anomalies and emerging fraud patterns to mitigate financial risk.
• Ensure all data activities remain compliant with GDPR and privacy standards.

Requirements

• Proven proficiency in SQL and analytical tools like Python or R.
• Strong experience creating dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of segmentation and anomaly detection techniques.
• Ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in managing data-driven projects with a focus on timely delivery.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks like GDPR.
