Location: Must be based in one of the main UK hubs: London, Belfast, Birmingham, Cardiff, Glasgow, or Salford. Role requires hybrid working (2 days in the office), with regular travel to London if based outside London.

Salary: £84,500 – £94,500pa (plus £5,441pa London Weighting if based in London).

What you will do

• Lead strategic analytical initiatives within the Finance division to drive informed decision-making.
• Develop and execute high-impact analytical projects using robust measurement methodologies.
• Create engaging BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Champion data literacy by educating non-technical colleagues on the value of data insights.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships across technology, product, and finance departments.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in delivering complex analysis projects and applying advanced methodologies.
• Advanced technical proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with data visualisation tools like SAC, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Strategic thinking ability with a focus on simplifying complex problems.
• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and influencing senior leaders without direct line authority.

Nice to have

• Experience in managing external suppliers or partners.
• Understanding of the digital and media landscape, including linear/on-demand TV and online publishing.
• Experience in both public and commercial sectors.
• Degree in a STEM subject.
