Regional Sales Manager (Auto Finance): Managing day-to-day operations of the sales floor, hiring, training, and mentoring sales representatives and supervisors with an accent on sales and marketing strategies to grow Westlake’s auto finance business. Focus on identifying and capturing untapped markets and opportunities in both the independent as well as the franchise automobile markets.
Location: Must live in region and work in the office
Salary: Base $72,000 annually. Total with bonus $120,000 - $180,000 annually.

What you will do
- Manage day-to-day operations of the sales floor.
- Hire, train, and mentor Sales Representatives and Supervisors.
- Set monthly team goals and lead weekly sales meetings.
- Provide coaching of incoming and outgoing calls.
- Train and develop new dealers as needed.
- Develop and maintain sales and marketing materials.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years sales management experience leading a team.
- 3 years + of sales, marketing, auto finance and banking expertise.
- High energy with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and various sales software applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a closely related field.
- Qualified Candidates must live in region and work in the office
