Location: Remote - US

Salary: $184,000 - $260,600 USD (San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, New York City, and Los Angeles); $166,000 - $234,800 USD (all other work locations, including remote)

What you will do

• Gather and synthesize stakeholder feedback into a strategy and content plan.
• Own the demand gen content roadmap as a living experiment - constantly testing new formats, channels, and approaches.
• Use AI daily for brainstorming, rapid prototyping, audience research, and identifying content opportunities.
• Own the production of high-impact anchor content, using AI to compress timelines from weeks to days.
• Measure content performance, kill what doesn't work, and double down on what does.
• Partner with Product Marketing on positioning and core story-telling.

Requirements

• 6+ years in B2B content and demand generation with a track record of trying new things that actually worked.
• Active daily use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) for ideation, drafting, editing, and optimization.
• Portfolio showing content where you took creative risks that paid off with measurable business outcomes.
• Deep demand gen knowledge AND creative instincts to know when to break the playbook.
• Experience in product-led growth to enterprise sales environments where content educates and enables.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
