TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK (Hybrid: 3 days in office)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute demand generation programs tailored for Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
  • Design targeted campaigns for priority accounts, integrating account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Partner with Sales leadership and SDRs to identify buying groups and revenue opportunities.
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns spanning paid media, events, outbound, content, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with RevOps to maintain target account lists and sophisticated reporting frameworks.
  • Continuously test and optimize campaign performance to improve conversion and pipeline creation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation within a SaaS organization.
  • Demonstrated success targeting mid-market or enterprise audiences with complex buying processes.
  • Strong commercial mindset with expertise in pipeline metrics, attribution, and ROI analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing and sales technology such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Dreamdata.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with Sales teams on campaign planning and account targeting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple high-impact campaigns simultaneously.
