What you will do
- Lead the SMB and Mid-Market SLED sales team to exceptional quota attainment.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of Account Executives focused on new logo and expansion revenue across State, Local, and Education accounts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate SLED markets and guide your team to success.
- Coach team members through full-cycle sales motions, including prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal development, negotiation, and close.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, channel, sales engineering, and executive leadership to create strategies and processes for driving new business.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of proven sales leadership experience.
- 5+ years of proven successful experience in a B2B sales role, ideally in a SaaS model focused on selling into SLED accounts.
- Consistent track record of overachievement against quota as an individual contributor.
- Strong understanding of SLED buying cycles, procurement processes, contract vehicles, and channel-aligned motions within SLED.
- This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.
