What you will do
- Lead a team of Sales Executives to drive year-over-year sales growth.
- Identify areas of future growth and develop plans to execute.
- Set annual sales targets and track sales performance.
- Measure and evaluate the performance of Sales Executives against benchmarks.
- Provide coaching and leadership through participation in sales calls.
- Expand relationships with C-level clients to develop more meaningful customer relationships.
Requirements
- Years of Relevant Experience: 5 to 7 years
- Bachelor's Degree: Required, Master's Degree: Preferred
- Combined selling and sales leadership experience of five (5)+ years in the SaaS, Technology or Data & Analytics industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team and drive multimillion-dollar engagements.
- Excellent business communication and presentation skills.
- Willing to travel beyond city limits for business.
- Regular attendance in the office
