Regional Alliance Manager

Salary: $105,000 - $163,000 per year

What you will do

• Identify, recruit, and enable partners through successful engagement strategies and comprehensive training programs.
• Develop and execute technical enablement strategies in coordination with Channel Sales Engineers.
• Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and partner organizations.
• Design and implement marketing initiatives with field marketing teams.
• Create and execute annual business plans to achieve revenue targets and objectives.
• Drive partner-originated opportunities and deal registrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of channel sales experience in software/SaaS B2B environment.
• Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement.
• Strategic thinking and hunter mentality with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Established relationships with channel decision-makers.
• Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
