TL;DR
Manager, Sales Development (Cybersecurity): Leading and mentoring a team of BDRs to drive inbound qualification and outbound opportunity generation with an accent on funnel management and pipeline health. Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom (Remote)
Compensation: $175,000–$200,000 OTE

What you will do
- Build and scale the BDR team by identifying, hiring, and onboarding top talent.
- Provide hands-on coaching and recurring 1:1 feedback to optimize individual and team performance.
- Collaborate with Demand Gen and Sales teams to refine outbounding strategies and lead qualification.
- Monitor team KPIs to ensure alignment with company-wide pipeline targets and revenue goals.
- Partner with Marketing and Product to develop effective messaging for target enterprise accounts.
- Accurately forecast attainment and report on pipeline generation metrics.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
- 2+ years of experience leading a team of BDRs.
- Experience in Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, Infrastructure, or OSS environments.
- Expertise in funnel management across inbound, outbound, and new business channels.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions regarding team performance.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
