What you will do

• Drive performance across acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Manage and optimize key channels including paid media, affiliates, and SEO.
• Design campaigns that drive growth while staying within regulatory requirements and internal compliance guidelines.
• Run structured experiments and translate data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with product, PR, community, and events teams.
• Develop a deep understanding of Australian user behavior and the competitive landscape.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years in growth, performance marketing, or product marketing.
• Strong experience in the Australia market.
• Experience in crypto, fintech, or high-growth tech companies preferred.
• Proven ability to manage full-funnel growth.
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with paid media & growth tools.
• Understanding of conversion optimization & user psychology.
