What you will do

• Lead concept development and write high-converting copy for paid campaigns across YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.
• Own the full performance creative loop: brief, script, production collaboration, and post-launch analysis.
• Partner with designers, motion artists, and videographers to bring creative ideas to life.
• Review live campaign performance (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, conversion) and translate data into hypotheses and improved briefs.
• Build and codify a testing cadence for messaging angles, hooks, and formats with media buyers.
• Raise the craft bar through knowledge sharing, creative post-mortems, and leading brainstorms and reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of copywriting experience focused on performance marketing and paid social, with results to show.
• Strong ability to draw creative conclusions from data and work comfortably across dashboards and script docs.
• Deep understanding of what works on Meta vs TikTok vs YouTube and why.
• Experience writing across formats including video scripts, static ads, UGC-style content, and long-form YouTube.
• Experience collaborating with or alongside media buyers or growth marketers to shape creative strategy.
