What you will do

• Own and execute full marketing strategies for exclusive experiences and hirify.global Originals worldwide.
• Launch and optimize high-visibility performance campaigns across social channels like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google.
• Manage regional P&L and large-scale marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation and strong ROI.
• Analyze performance metrics and leverage data insights to refine marketing models and uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Media, CRM, Design, and Content teams to provide strategic direction.
• Lead executive-level communications and meetings with partners and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on exposure to multichannel and paid media strategies.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a deep command of performance metrics and forecasting.
• Experience in stakeholder management and collaborating across different functional teams.
• English proficiency is required.
• Proven resilience and ability to maintain quality in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Foundational knowledge of project management to coordinate complex campaigns.
