Engineering Manager

What you will do

• Line-manage a team of 5–10 software engineers, conducting 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Support hiring, onboarding, retention, and professional growth of team members.
• Own end-to-end delivery outcomes and execute product roadmaps in collaboration with Product Management.
• Provide technical direction and oversee software design, maintainability, and security standards.
• Coordinate with DevOps, Security, Operations, and Legal teams to ensure compliant product deployments.
• Plan and track delivery milestones across 1 to 12-month horizons.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in software engineering.
• Proven experience managing engineers as direct reports.
• Strong technical background with experience in Java and frontend technologies.
• Experience delivering and operating business-critical systems.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
