What you will do

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing platform or infrastructure engineering teams in high-growth environments.
• Deep expertise in major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and complex distributed systems.
• Strong familiarity with Kubernetes, container ecosystems, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
• Background in performance-sensitive, high-availability systems.
• Proven ability to provide candid feedback and foster a high-trust, psychologically safe work environment.
