What you will do

• Assist customers with evaluations, system configurations, and installation processes.
• Collaborate with R&D engineering to define product requirements and usability specifications.
• Develop technical architecture blueprints for repeatable customer solutions.
• Establish sales strategies and take ownership of technical responsibilities within major accounts.
• Provide mentorship and assist in the recruitment and development of field engineering teams.
• Advise on the formation and management of support organizational structures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting the sales of enterprise storage solutions to large IT organizations.
• Strong understanding of unstructured data applications, analytics, and modern web frameworks.
• Proficiency in virtualization, high-performance networking, and enterprise security.
• Experience preparing and delivering technical product and architecture presentations.
• Ability to thrive and perform in an unstructured, fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
