What you will do

• Lead strategic and regulatory projects, coordinating cross-team stakeholders to secure clear owners and deadlines.
• Scale operations through data and automation, using SQL and analytics tools to build dashboards and cohort analyses.
• Support operational readiness for new product launches, mapping impacts and updating procedures.
• Strengthen risk management and controls by translating audit findings into pragmatic action plans.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Project Management, Consulting, Data, or Product, ideally within a financial services, fintech, or payments context.
• Excel at structuring work, aligning diverse stakeholders, driving timelines, and following up until absolute closure.
• Solid SQL skills and make data-driven decisions to translate insights into actions.
• Maintain high standards regarding operational risk, compliance, and documentation.
• Fluent in French (spoken and written) to communicate clearly and concisely.

Nice to have

• Experience in specific payment areas (Cards, SEPA/SWIFT, Debt Collection).
• Familiarity with Forest-like back-office tools.
• Pragmatic exposure to GenAI tools (prompting, retrieval, summarization).
