What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules and milestone plans to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams using JIRA and other tracking tools.
• Manage stakeholder interfaces including test management, error resolution, and client reporting.
• Identify, evaluate, and track program risks while defining mitigation actions.
• Validate requirements against functional safety (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity (ISO/SAE 21434) objectives.
• Organize and plan proving-ground testing according to international specifications (Euro NCAP, UN-R).

Requirements

• Must be located in Germany (Wolfsburg).
• Fluency in both German and English required.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of automotive project management experience, specifically with ADAS programs.
• Hands-on experience with distributed ADAS functions (ACC, WBA, MRR) and VW-PEP or equivalent OEM processes.
• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with requirements management tools like DOORS or Polarion.
