What you will do

• Lead strategic projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Plan yearly projects roadmap/delivery portfolio, and forecast.
• Define scope, timelines, and resource needs; manage cross-functional, international teams and budgets.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards and governance frameworks.
• Monitor progress, report outcomes, and continuously improve delivery practices.

Requirements

• Six to eight years of project management experience with demonstrated success delivering SW projects, including experience managing schedules, budgets, and scope.
• Experience with project management scheduling tools such as MS Project or Clarity.
• Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum environments.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluent in English and professional working proficiency in German

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Management, Business, Engineering, or Information Technology) or equivalent experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and/or Agile Methodologies Certificates.
