What you will do

  • Develop and execute post-merger integration plans focusing on migrating operational processes to proprietary software.
  • Collaborate with deal teams for integration feasibility and due diligence.
  • Map and standardize processes of acquired companies for automation compatibility.
  • Align integration milestones with product, engineering, and operations teams.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and cultural alignment during integration.
  • Lead integration work streams and track key performance indicators for success.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid setup in Berlin, Germany
  • 5–10+ years experience in post-merger integration, business transformation, or operations consulting.
  • Experience in financial services or fund administration is a significant plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-functional integration programs across geographies.
  • Strong skills in technology-driven operations and process automation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
