What you will do
- Manage and operationally drive Program Controlling dedicated working packages and/or workstreams for Top Strategic Digital Technology projects.
- Prepare senior stakeholder communication, decision papers, and Steering Committees to drive program direction.
- Support the design and setup of project governance for efficient decision-making, reporting, and communication.
- Take responsibility for Program Controlling activities, including alignments with central Controlling, root-cause analyses, forecast, and P+L.
- Autonomously monitor and report project risks and develop suitable countermeasures.
- Operationally manage external partners, including on-shore and off-shore resources, using appropriate frameworks.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Controlling, Finance or a related field.
- Several years of experience working in IT projects/programs with knowledge in project management and agile tools/methods.
- Multiple years of experience working in controlling, finance, or auditing with/for multinational organizations.
- Solid consulting skills: problem-solving, effective communication, customer orientation, organization, and planning.
- Technology knowledge and functional expertise in Business Transformation, Change Management, Digital Service & Platform Development, or Rollout & Industrialization.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint), Atlassian tools, and relevant Controlling applications.
- Fluent English and German language skills, spoken and written.
