What you will do

• Lead technical discovery sessions to identify and solve customer API challenges.
• Design and deliver custom proofs of concept, workshops, and technical demos.
• Build relationships with technical stakeholders to influence API strategies and product adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer outcomes.
• Represent the company at industry events and create technical content like blogs and tutorials.
• Provide customer feedback to internal product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in technical consulting or pre-sales engineering.
• Strong expertise in REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with API lifecycle management tools, CI/CD automation, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent communication skills in English for customer-facing presentations.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% within the region.
