Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer (Turkey) (AI and enterprise solutions): Designing and presenting technical solutions, demos, integrations, and proof-of-concept deliverables for complex enterprise sales cycles with an accent on networking, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, APIs, AI, computer vision, LLMs, and IoT. Focus on solving technical objections, scoping custom solutions with Product and Engineering, and ensuring accurate handover to Implementation.
Location: Istanbul, Turkey; hybrid workplace with up to 30% travel to prospect and customer sites across the region.

What you will do
- Partner with account executives to conduct technical discovery with complex enterprise prospects.
- Become the subject matter expert on the product suite and present its capabilities to customers, partners, and internal employees.
- Configure prospect-specific demo environments, integrations, data flows, and APIs.
- Build proof-of-concept deliverables and custom solutions, working with Product and Engineering to scope development needs.
- Address technical objections and maintain the pre-sales solutions engineering playbook.
- Coordinate with Implementation to ensure a complete handover of solution delivery details.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, including work with Fortune 500 or other large global enterprises.
- Fluency in Turkish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical or engineering field.
- Strong networking knowledge, including HTTPS, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, DHCP, and firewalls.
- Experience with cloud and on-premises environments, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data privacy, application security, AI, computer vision, LLMs, IoT, industrial control systems, smart devices, and API integrations.
- Availability to work in a hybrid setup in Istanbul and travel up to 30% across the region.
