What you will do
- Take full sales responsibility for Germany and define the strategic business development agenda.
- Lead a team of seven Heads of Sales and manage a 180-member sales organization.
- Identify new growth opportunities and accelerate overall business performance.
- Develop and implement a scalable, proactive sales structure across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive long-term success.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Enterprise and SMB sales or platform sales (Cloud, Software, or IT).
- Strong network and experience within the German IT landscape.
- Fluent in both German and English language.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing large teams.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events.
- Must operate at a C-level with confidence.
