What you will do

  • Own the full sales lifecycle from pipeline generation to post-sales growth for Agentic AI solutions.
  • Cross-sell Agentic Platform offerings to the existing customer base while actively pursuing new logos.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams to scale the AI business unit.
  • Develop a high level of command over AI and Agentic value propositions to act as a credible authority.
  • Build and nurture relationships with champions and senior decision-makers in enterprise accounts.
  • Travel for company, customer, and industry meetings approximately 20-30% of the time.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in a closing sales role.
  • Must be based in Germany.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Strong working experience or equivalent knowledge of GenAI and Agents.
  • Proven track record of success with enterprise organizations and senior executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and work independently in a startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Professional proficiency in Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Danish.
  • Previous experience in a fast-growing startup or scaleup.
