What you will do

  • Achieve quarterly sales targets and outcomes for a defined territory of mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Act as the primary face of the company in the marketplace to build brand presence.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term, high-value relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure seamless customer implementation.
  • Develop a data-driven territory plan to identify new business opportunities and competitive threats.
  • Present and sell automation solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in software sales, specifically within mid-market or enterprise segments.
  • Fluency in both German and English (verbal and written).
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work effectively with limited direction.
  • Data-oriented approach to performance and territory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for C-suite engagement.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid capacity connected to the Munich office.
